Which spell is best for me?
When you first look over our spells and spell kits there are some that stand out more than others to you. A feeling may come over you as to what is right or not. Usually those feelings are right on target. And, generally, the title of the spells should say it all. Our recommendation is to go with what you feel is right. You are more than welcome to consult with any of our spell casters for what could be right for your situation.
When will I see results from my spell?
Everyone experiences spells differently. Sometimes when people are ready to give up could be right when they begin to see their wishes materialize. Spell casting is an art. There is no way to predict a specific hour, day or timing of when they will take effect or when you will receive results. Spells effect everyone differently. We have seen that the more positive you are the sooner you see results.
When do you cast my spell?
Generally is confirmed as completed after a two hour period from time of purchase for one spell casting. If you order more than one spell casting each spell takes about an hour to cast thereafter. Custom spells, some holiday spells and full moon castings are cast on the dates posted in your confirmation email update. Then once completed you will receive another email stating the date of completion.
I want to purchase spells but I don't want anything mailed to me.
All of our spell castings are just that, spells cast for you by our spell casters and no items are ever sent to you for this service.
I heard that psychics can’t cast spells. Don’t you have to be a witch to cast a spell?
Witches generally are psychic, at least a professional and effective witch is. It takes a psychic mind and adept psychic skills to be able to know if a spell casting is taking effect and if it is working after the spell casting. If someone casts a spell and is not able to monitor its effectiveness or psychically watch how it is evolving in the spell casting process then there is no way of knowing what is going on or how it could affect the recipient. Spell casting without being psychic would be like driving blind-folded. It can be done, sort of, but shortly there is probably going to be a crash.
Do your spells work? I've tried others that don't.
I have doubts but I'm desperate. Should I try these spells?
If you have doubts, and are skeptical, don't purchase our products or services. Being in a positive frame of mind and having complete faith in our work is important in achieving any goal, otherwise, you lose before you start.
Does it take very long to receive my ritual items or other accessories that require shipment?
It generally takes up to 7-14 business days to prepare your items. This is because our products are not stocked on a shelf. They are handmade per order and per request. This is the real deal and this is why it takes a little longer to get your order. After your ritual item(s) are built we then ship them to you. Allow up to 20 business days to receive orders inside the United States and 30 days or more for all shipments outside the United States. Confirmations along with tracking numbers are updated to your order for you to view if you have an account on our store and additionally sent to the email address on your order.
I am working with other spell casters but haven't seen results. Is it still okay to get your spells too?
Changing over to us could be the best decision you've made. Once you feel confident in your choice it is best to stay with that choice and see it through until you get your desired results. We would be happy to help you but you also need to be responsible and commit to seeing it through. Inevitabley, flipping back and forth will not accomplish much of anything.
Do I have to do anything or do you do the spell casting?
Nothing is required of you to do except at time of checkout, enter your birth date and the birth dates of any others included in your spell work as well as what you would like the spell work to accomplish with your situation.
Why can’t Customer Care answer my questions about spell work?
Customer Care is not experienced in the art of spell casting or psychic reading and is not permitted to try and evaluate your questions pertaining to your situation. Customer Care can only recommend that you speak to one of our psychics to receive professional advice and direction. Customer Care is available to help you navigate the website, transfer you to a psychic, and answer any general questions pertaining to how to make purchases and schedule appointments.
Can you cast more than one spell at a time; should I buy more than one spell at a time?
Yes. If you have a couple of problems and need more than one spell cast we are happy to accomodate your request. Having one spell cast to cover multiple issues does work sometimes. However, if that doesn't work then it would be advantageous to have multiple spells cast that cover those specific areas. You can have them cast all at once or spread them out as your budget permits.
How long do the spell results last?
Spell castings take on a life of their own. It is not clear how long they can last. Many variables could play a role in how long your spells effectiveness lasts or doesn't last. We recommend that you discuss this with a psychic. Power Boosts may help enhance any of your cache of spells.

We use the United states postal mail for delivery of most all items. Sometimes FedEx is also used depending on the size and weight.
Delivery inside the United States takes 3-5 business days.
Delivery outside the United States can take 7-30 business days. We do everything we can to ensure your package meets all criteria for your country's import regulations to quickly get it through customs.

Do you refund spell castings if they don't work?
Option 1 - FREE Recasting
When purchasing spell casting services, if after 180 days your spell does not produce the results you want, we will re-cast it at no charge. Recasting is permitted twice during a 1-year period each at 180 day intervals. That does not mean that it will take 180-days to see results in your spell work. Some see results immediately; others may take longer depending on the circumstances and amount of spell power that is purchased. Free spells, free items, or free services are not covered under this guarantee. Allowing for 180 days simply allows a customer enough time to evaluate their results and if any setbacks occur enough time is allowed for a situation to positively turn around. We are here to help you and that's what we will do. We are sure that our customers will love the results. Millions worldwide have. We Guarantee it.
Option 2 - Spell Casting Reimbursement
If you choose a reimbursement instead of our free recasting service this can be provided after 30 days from date of purchase and the total amount you paid will be credited with our in store gift card. This is available one time and only for an original order. Additionally, using this option automatically opts you out of receiving free recasts performed for the original order or a new order you place with the gift card. This option does not cover reimbursements for custom spell work, wishing well wishes, psychic readings, ritual items or any item being physically shipped to you. Exceptions or exchanges will not be accommodated once the reimbursement has been issued.
Do you refund a psychic reading if I don't like the answer I am given?
Reimbursements or exchanges for a completed psychic reading session are not permitted.
Can I get a refund or exchange a product that was shipped to me?
If you are not completely satisfied with a product we ship to you, you may return it for an exchange or refund (with receipt) within 15 days of purchase as long as the item shows no visible use or mistreatment and is in resalable condition. Clear photos of the item will be required before an RMA number is issued. To return the merchandise or exchange an item please contact Customer Care for an RMA number which must be acquired before items are returned.

How does the layaway work and how much will it cost me?
Our layaway program is totally free for you to use indefinitely. We never charge you anything to use it nor do we ever take any money from it for any kind of fees. Every cent you put in your account goes towards what you want to buy.
If I don't use the money I've sent to my layaway account can I get it refunded to me?
Layaway accounts are non-refundable after 15 days of opening the account. Any and all leftover funds can only be used for in store purchases via USPsychics gift card we provide you. Refunds for leftover funds is not permitted. Layaway accounts never expire and are held open to use indefinitely. Opening a new account is at no cost to any customer. However, layaway account closure whether used or unused, within the 15 day period of opening, is permitted less the 45% service charge fee of the total funds available in the layaway account.
Can I cancel my layaway account or give it to one of my friends?
Yes within 15 days of opening. Contact Customer Care to cancel and the entire balance of your account will be sent to you with our in store gift card and your layaway account will be immediately closed. Our gift cards never expire and can be saved or gifted to someone else. USPsychic Gift Cards can only be redeemed within our store of products and sesrvices.
